We require a deposit of 40% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly.

The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 40 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining baalance due 21 days prior to arrival.

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 12 hour after booking will incur a charge of 40 percent.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
